How do I use a coupon code?
You can enter the coupon code at the final stages of the checkout before you submit your order. Or you can click on 'View/Edit Cart' and enter the code there.
My coupon code isn't working
Please type the code exactly, with no spaces. You can only use one coupon code per order. Did you use the coupon code on a previous order? Some coupon codes are one-time only. Has the coupon code expired? Is the coupon code limited to specific products?
If you're certain the code is valid please contact us with details of the code and where you got it so we can investigate.
5% off for two or more of the same item
This discount is applied when you buy two or more of the same item, the discount is reflected in the price you pay for the product. It does not show as a specific discount at the checkout. If you're not sure the discount was applied please visit the product page and compare it to the price you were charged. If it's not correct please contact us so we can fix this for you.
