Once we ship your order, you will receive an email from a 3rd party requesting customs payments and associated fees. Once paid, your order will continue to be shipped to you.
Please note: you'll have 3 days to make payment otherwise your order will be returned to us, you'll then receive a refund minus our shipping costs and a $5 admin fee.
How Much Are The Fees?
The US is currently adding tariffs on EU goods imported into the USA. These rates are constantly changing so you'll need to check with the US Government's current rates. There is also an administration fee which is around $10.
